14 Easy Overnight Oats Recipes
It's my 1st post for 2024. I haven't been writing for 1 year since my last post. So today I'm going to start with Overnight Oats recipe that I've tried for the past 3 months.
Sejak makan overnight oat untuk breakfast, I hardly ada masalah sembelit / kembung perut. 1 bowl of overnight oats as breakfast can last me about 5-6 hours. Hence, untuk anyone yang diet, I would recommend overnight oats as your breakfast or dinner so that you all tak simply munch junk food and boleh tahan perut untuk u all yang buat intermittent fasting. Ingredients: Low-fat milk, rolled oats, mixed nuts, blueberry, chia seed.
Ingredients: V-soy Multi-Grain (No sugar), rolled oats, almond, blueberry, strawberry, Muscat grape.
Ingredients: V-soy Multi-Grain (No sugar), Breakfast Oat Mix, blueberry, strawberry.
Ingredients: Low-fat milk, rolled oats, mixed nuts, Muscat grape, raisin, Chia Seed.
Ingredients: V-soy Multi-Grain (No sugar), Rolled Oat, banana, Muscat grape, Kiwi, Chia Seed

Anyway, besides using low-fat milk & V-soy Multi-grain, you can replace them using yogurt, Dates milk ,or chocolate milk. With a budget of RM70+, you could have these overnight oats for 2 weeks. Highly recommend untuk u all yang nak improve sistem pencernaan. Rasa dia lemak-lemak from the oat & milk dan manis buah & crunchiness from the mix nuts. Selamat mencuba!
